Just wanted to add my name to the list of bloggers who have been to see "Julie and Julia" and LOVED IT! My daughter and I met my sister-in-law to see this last Sunday and we all enjoyed the movie very much. It's cute, sweet, touching and truly a blogger must see. If you haven't been yet - treat yourself to this one -- you'll be glad you did!
See ya!
I love Meryl Streep performances, so I will surely enjoy that movie.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip.
Have a great week,
Val
I'm afraid I am going to miss it and have to wait for TV or DVD! I know I will love it, whenever I get to see it.
ReplyDeleteMartha,
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting Life in the Slow Lane on my blogoversary.
I'll be happy to help you give your blog a new look. Just tell me a little about what you're looking for--colors, photo for your header (do you want to use the same thing?), anything at all you'd like me to use.
I'll create a background and header and make a sample blog for you to look at. Then I'll help you get everything loaded to your blog.
Glad you were interested in something new. It'll give me a project to work on. If you want to email me, my email address is on my blog.
I'll create a sample l
Well, as I was trying to say. I'll create a sample and email you a link, so that you can look at it first.
ReplyDeleteMy hubby and I loved it too! We were famished afterwords and had to go eat!!
ReplyDeleteI adored this movie! Went to see it twice and have been cooking from my 1983 Mastering the Art of French Cooking nearly every night since then! We, too had to eat afterwards, both times I went to see it.

I went to see it while my husband took the little GS to a disney movie and I adored the movie. Another blog gal said I would not care for it but honestly I enjoyed it all and went home and cooked up a storm:_) There went my diet:)
