Tablescape Thursday at McDonald's

I love Tablescape Thursday -- This week I think I will repost a table from last year. Since we've all been in the "rooster" mode this week thanks to Shelia's Rooster & Hen party, I thought it was only fair to let the other barnyard friends in on the fun so...let's take a trip to McDonald's....No No! Not the golden arches....I mean McDonald's farm!

Ready for a country breakfast?

Old McDonald had a farm...E-I-E-I-O......

....and on his farm he has some roosters -- E-I-E-I-O....With a rooster here and a rooster there....

....roosters, roosters everywhere! Old McDonald had a farm E-I-E-I-O...

...and on his farm he had some hens -- E-I-E-I-O... with eggs over here and chicks over there... scrambled eggs....poached eggs....eggs just everywhere! Old McDonald had a farm E-I-E-I-O...

...and on his farm he had some pigs...E-I-E-I-O! With some big hogs here....

.... and some piglets there....bacon and sausage everywhere! Old McDonald had a farm ...E-I-E-I-O!

....and on his farm he had a cow...E-I-E-I-O...

...and the milk goes here....

....and the cream goes there....

...milk in old milk bottles everywhere! Old McDonald had a farm ...E-I-E-I-O!

....and in his garden he had some strawberries....E-I-E-I-O....

....with a cobbler here and jam over there...strawberries, strawberries everywhere! Old McDonald had a garden E-I-E-I-O!

It's always fun to have good friends like you at my table!

So.....how would you like those eggs today?

An overview of our country breakfast table.

Overview of the barnyard.

Old McDonald had a dog and Bingo was his name-o....B-I-N-G....oh....that's another song isn't it?

Hope you'll visit our hostess Susan at "Between Naps On The Porch" where you'll find lots of fun tablescapes this week...whether you're a city girl or a country gal --- you're sure to find one that suits your fancy. Hope you didn't mind a "second" trip to the farm!

See ya!

  55. Oh Martha, this table is adorable!! I love everything about it. The red-checked tablecloth is so cheerful, and I love all the farm animals. I have a cow creamer like that :) Is that a "Bunnykins" child's mug I see? The Old MacDonald and the child's mug and farm animals bring back sweet memories from raising our son. I'm feeling sentimental because his 21st birthday is Saturday, August 13th.

Your table is wonderful and so are the roosters and eggs. Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend.
