As many of you already know -- on Mondays I take a treat to share in the office. Doesn't everyone need a little pick me up on Monday?
Here's a review of the Monday treats I shared for September......
Since I work for a school system that starts school in September...my first treat was a batch of "apple" cupcakes.
Second Monday - fresh fruit salad
Since I started the month with apples....I figured I would end it with a fresh apple cake iced with cream cheese icing -- under this layer of icing is another layer with toffee bits mixed in.
Tomorrow I will start off October with pumpkin muffins.....What kind of treat would put a smile in your Monday?
See ya!
It's a good thing I don't work at your place -- I'd be unable to resist those wonderful homemade goodies! When I bake, I have to take things to work or church, because my husband and I certainly don't need to eat them!
ReplyDeleteyummmmmmm!
ReplyDeletei think the apple cupcakes are a first for me to see and think they are darling!!!
God bless,

Yummy! Does everyone bring something in or is this your special treat? Either way it's a wonderful gesture!

Sweet Up-North Mornings...
Martha, I want to work with you! What wonderful treats. Those apple cupcakes are adorable. What a nice way to start the week. I know your co-workers must look forward to the normally dreaded Monday! laurie
ReplyDeleteYummmmy.....are the fudgies choc/oatmeal nobake cookies....or the pnut butter/oatmeal nobake ones. I made the second set with Stevia instead of sugar....they were good...but different.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to work with you! I think all of these treats look yummy, but the fudgies are something my grandmother made and any time there is peanut butter and chocolate combined...I'm all for it. I'm all about pumpkin right now. This is the only time of year we eat much of it, but I go crazy in October!
ReplyDeleteThis post sure made me very hungry! Yum!...Christine
