From this angle you can see the lacy sides -- I'm not sure what kind of metal this is, but I do like the look. The glass squares are very heavy and removable.
This little youth chair will come in handy next week when my granddaughter Stella Grace comes to visit. This is almost exactly like one my brother and sisters and I all used at my grandmother's house when we were little. Her's was painted white, but I think I'll leave this one this stained wood (at least for now).
What great treasures. The youth chair is so cute and what a delight to have for the grandchildren. Love the condiment tray and the glasses also. Great finds. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by. You really did get some great finds. Can't wait to see your tablescape with those glasses. Also I like the chair with the stained wood too.
ReplyDeleteMartha!!!! I sold a chair EXACTLY like the one you just bought! Were you at my garage sale this weekend !!!!Lol, Have fun with your new treasures, xoxo~Kathy~ @ Sweet Up-North Mornings...
ReplyDeleteMartha- I have a condiment (double) tray like the one you bought--Mine is silverplate and was a wedding gift. Glad you stopped by. Don't forget Spot and Puff too. Do you remember Zeke the gardener? They had to figure out a way to work in the letter Z! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat great finds. I love the condiment tray. One of the things that blows my minds on all of my treasure hunts is the fact that my finds have 'lived' for so long without breaking.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it fun?
Enjoyed visiting,
Laura
Hi Martha~ ~Lovely silver and glass serving piece. Your posts from a while back with all the white dishes are beautiful. Such a pretty table. Can't wait to see your table set with the pink rose tablecloth!
