Actually, plan C worked and we were finally able to have our daughter's birthday dinner and St. Patrick's dinner all in one. We've got a place setting for the "Birthday Girl", A yummy feast of Corned Beef and Cabbage prepared by my husband, Peanut butter chocolate birthday cake - Katy's favorite combinantion, with after dinner coffee/whipped cream and just a sprinkle of green.
